The use of the GivingTuesday logos and fonts may only be used for the express purpose of participating in the GivingTuesday campaign and not for any other unrelated purpose. You may not modify, adapt, create derivative works from, sublicense, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or exploit the logos, the website, or its content.

GivingTuesday and GivingTuesday Puerto Rico reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove or block any individual or corporation from the website for any reason or no reason, including, but not limited to, any individual or corporation that uses the logo of an in a manner inconsistent with the mission of GivingTuesday (such as any use that spreads hateful messages or speech, or promotes a completely unrelated project).
